To book your appointment online please read the following studio policies and accept these terms a the bottom of the page. You may then book your appointment.
Passion Lashes has a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Please reschedule/cancel your appointment within 48 hours prior to your appointment. If your cancellation or change request if made within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a 50% fee of the service cancelled or rescheduled.
We have a strict “no-show” policy. No shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Please notify us immediately if you will be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled your appointment for another day. If you arrive late and still wish to be serviced we will oblige the remainder of the appointment. Please keep in mind this may affect the coverage of your service and the entire rate of service will be due.
Reactions are always a possibility and can happen at any time. If you have concerns about possibly being allergic we suggest voicing those matter prior to being serviced. Please know that no refunds are offered in the event of a reaction.
Everyone has a unique lash cycle which is why fills are needed every 2-3 week. In order for it to be considered a fill you must have 40% of lashes intact to be a fill. If you come into your appointment with less than 40% a full set may be required. If you arrive with no extensions remaining you will be asked to reschedule for a full set. Please understand that we can only do what is possible in the time allowed.
Absolutely NO refunds are offered for any service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service please notify us within 48 hours after receiving service. We will try our hardest to help with any concerns.
Due to liability issues, children are not permitted in the studio during a service. Please do not bring additional people to accompany you during your appointment, unless they are also being serviced.
